McKenna Buehler is a Behavioral Technician at EnCourage, where she has been part of the team since May 2025. She has experience observing and supporting students in Montessori school settings and is currently studying Developmental Psychology at Aquinas College, with plans to graduate in May 2026.
McKenna’s interests include developmental psychology and biology, and she enjoys seeing clients grow and reach new milestones. She especially values getting to know each client as an individual—their interests, strengths, and what makes them unique. Outside of her work, McKenna enjoys art and reading, and she believes creative activities like painting and coloring can be powerful tools for self-expression.
