
Kate Versluis, is a Behavior Technician and Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University. She has several years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings, including ABA services, Community Living Supports (CLS), and social work internships focused on advocacy and family support.
Kate is passionate about helping individuals build independence, navigate life transitions, and access meaningful community resources. At EnCourage, she is developing and expand social work services for adults with disabilities and their families. She finds fulfillment in creating opportunities for individuals to build relationships, increase independence, and receive support throughout all stages of life.
