Alisha, is our new ABA Program Director. She holds a Master of Teaching with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in a variety of ABA settings—including clinic, in-home, school, and community-based services—since 2013. Her areas of expertise include program development, functional communication, skills-based treatment, executive functioning, essential life skills, and social skills development. While practicing in Oregon, she served on the board of the Oregon Association for Behavior Analysts and helped organize the organization’s first statewide conference.
As a BCBA, her goal is to design collaborative, meaningful programming that supports learners and their families in building independence and engaging in their communities. She finds joy in hearing families share milestones such as their child forming friendships, expressing love, or participating more fully in family life. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and camping, crafting, gardening, cooking and baking, exploring new foods, and learning about dog training, and hopes to travel more in the future.
