Currently the Institute is offering the following services for administrators:
- Consultation
- Special Education
- RtI (Response to Intervention)
- Grant writing
- New teacher mentoring
- Literacy coaching
- In-services designed around school needs and initiatives
- On-going Professional Development such as Teacher Study Groups or Book Clubs
- Short-term assessment or instructional services to bolster current school resources (sometimes there is just too much work for the full time personnel to do!)
